Summary

Credentials and the made transaction informations of the user assigned to that identity indicates which tab the process is on in the interface and the area where processing times are reported.

Firstly, click System Management Reports under the Reports menu.

Reports are listed as follows and it’s can be downloaded in the file formats specified on the upper left.

When clicking on any report above, old and new status information of the system or service is displayed below.

Reports can be customized by entering the desired criteria with the filter button on the right.
