RBL Configuration

Real time Blackhole List (Real time Blackhole List)IP addresses that are detected to be sending spam are kept. Mail servers check incoming mail and reject it if the sender is on the blacklist. The antibody NGFW can use blacklists drawn from 19 RBL servers.

If you receive an error message such as “SMTP Error: 550 – Mail Rejected”, your IP address may be blacklisted. (Mail Rejected error can also be caused by the mail server.)

Users can control the sender addresses and HELO/EHLO domain name in the RBL configuration.
